Windows 7 Black Screen issue


On start up ,after welcome screen , the screen goes to black do the following things....
press ctrl +alt + delete and click Task Manager
click the File tab 
create new Task (run..) , type explorer.exe
press ok
Explorer then starts properly and all will boot correctly as it should. 
windows starts normally after this step..............
