Windows 7 Black Screen issue


On start up ,after welcome screen , the screen goes to black do the following things....
press ctrl +alt + delete and click Task Manager
click the File tab 
create new Task (run..) , type explorer.exe
press ok
Explorer then starts properly and all will boot correctly as it should. 
windows starts normally after this step..............

                                                        Koodankulam Nuclear Power Plant Koodankulam Nuclear Power Plant is a nuclear power station currently under construction in Koodankulam in the Tirunelveli district of the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Cost estimation of this project was US$3 billion.                      The Inter-Governmental Agreement on the project was signed on November 20, 1988 by Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev.
