On start up ,after welcome screen , the screen goes to black do the following things.... press ctrl +alt + delete and click Task Manager click the File tab  create new Task (run..) , type explorer.exe press ok Explorer then starts properly and all will boot correctly as it should.  windows starts normally after this step..............

Type  ipconfig  and press  Enter . Several lines of information will be displayed. The IP address looks like " 140.72.63.234 " - yours will probably have different numbers near the end.
